- President of the Court of Appeal and other judges of the Court of Appeal;
- Attorney General;
- Director of Public Prosecutions;
- Magistrate; and
- Such other office in the public service, for appointments to which persons are required to possess legal qualifications, as may be prescribed by any law enacted by Legislature.
